COVID-19: Legal Info in Portage & Wood County

To Our Valued Clients and Those Looking for Answers,

COVID-19 has impacted the lives of many in Wisconsin. As the situation continues to evolve, Studinski Law, LLC wants to reassure our clients and community that we are taking this situation seriously, and putting safety measures in place that prioritize the health and well-being of our clients and staff. We also want to ensure you get the answers and consummate legal guidance you expect from your trusted attorney.

Attorney Studinski and our staff have been advised on the practical measures to help stem the tide of COVID-19, including regular hand washing, the use of hand sanitizer, frequently disinfecting commonly touched areas, and social distancing whenever possible. This involves using video and phone conferences and communicating via phone and e-mail to limit in-person interaction.

We are currently working remotely and can still be reached by phone or email during normal business hours (8AM–5PM CST Mon-Fri).

If you are an existing client and have a question about your case in light of the COVID 19 pandemic or you believe that you were mistreated or harmed while seeking medical care, please call (715) 343-2850 or contact us online.

Wisconsin Court Limitations

If you have a mediation, deposition, or other case appearance scheduled, you should check with your attorney right away to determine alternative meeting procedures.
