Head On Collision in Rural Wisconsin – $2,000,000
Our client was driving on a state highway in rural Wisconsin when an oncoming vehicle crossed the center line and hit her vehicle head-on. She suffered very serious injuries, including fractured lower legs that impaired her mobility and caused chronic pain. The driver had $500,000 in liability insurance coverage and a $1,000,000 umbrella insurance policy. We successfully collected the policy limits of $1,500,000 for our client. In addition, we aggressively pursued a claim for prejudgment interest over and above the $1,500,000 insurance policy limits. We successfully obtained a $500,000 payment of prejudgment interest in addition to the $1,500,000 policy limits settlement for a total settlement of $2,000,000.
